This limited warranty excludes normal wear and tear, improper assembly, poor maintenance, improper storage, or misuse. The warranty is void if the product is used for purposes other than recreation or transportation. Bestway is not liable for incidental or consequential damages arising from product use. For products purchased from other retailers, customers should contact the seller directly. Keep your original sales receipt and product manual, and note the serial number for future reference. For Bestway products purchased in the UAE but used outside the country, the warranty does not apply, and customers are responsible for all service-related costs, including shipping, taxes, duties, replacement parts, and local power adaptors.
