Siji Maranta Prayer Hanging Plant is a low-growing evergreen perennial native to Brazil Maranta was named for Bartolomeo Maranta, an Italian physician and botanist of the sixteenth century.
Features
- Maranta is also known as prayer plant. It got its name from the way the leaves fold in the evening and resemble with hands folded in prayers.
- Water - Pour 2 cups of water once or twice a week or when soil begins to dry out
- Temperature - Ideal temperature should be between 18-26 degrees Celsius
- Light - Prefers bright indirect sunlight and high humidity
- Care - Prefers well drained soil and requires high humidity to thrive. Should be kept moist but not soggy.
