How much does it cost to use Click & Collect?

Click & Collect is a free service provided by us.

How long will it take for my order to be ready for collection?

Depending on the store selected, your items will be ready for collection as followed:

  • Dubai Festival City store: Order before 2pm for next day collection

  • All other stores: Order before 2pm for collection within 2 days from date of purchase

Which stores will I be able to Click & Collect from?

You can select any of our 9 stores across these locations in the UAE:

  • Dubai Festival City, Dubai
  • Sheikh Zayed Road, Dubai
  • Dubai Motor City, Dubai
  • Ibn Battuta Mall, Dubai
  • Yas Island, Abu Dhabi
  • Mina Road, Abu Dhabi
  • Dalma Mall, Abu Dhabi
  • Bawadi Mall, Al Ain
  • Manar Mall, Ras Al Khaimah

 

Can I cancel my Click & Collect order?

You can cancel your order only if it’s still being processed by us. To cancel your order, call us at 800 ASK ACE (800 275 223). We’re available from 9am to 9pm (GST), 7 days a week. 

Can I change my store once I have placed my order?

You can’t change your selected store once you’ve completed your order. However, if your order is still being processed by us, you can cancel it by calling us at 800 ASK ACE (800 275 223), and then place a new order, selecting the collection store of your choice.

How do I pay for my Click & Collect order?

Click & Collect is a prepaid service. You can use your Visa, Mastercard or debit card as well as Apple Pay to pay for your order online.

How do I know when to collect my order?

We’ll send you an email and SMS to notify you when your order is ready for collection and it’s time to head to your selected store.

What do I need to bring when collecting my order?

You'll have to bring your order number which you can show through the email or SMS we sent when your order was ready for collection. You'll also have to present your debit or credit card used for the payment, so we know we’re giving the order to the right person.

Can someone else collect my order on my behalf?

Yes, you can authorize someone else to collect your order. They'll have to bring an authorization letter written and signed by you, the order number through an email or SMS, and their Emirates ID, passport or driving license for verification.

How long do I have to collect my order?

We'll hold your order in store for 14 days. If your order goes uncollected after 14 days, we'll cancel it and process your refund.

Where is your Click & Collect counter located in store?

All our participating stores have a clearly marked and dedicated Click & Collect counter. If you're not sure where our Click & Collect point is, our store staff will be happy to help you.

Are all of ACE products available for Click & Collect?

Not all of our products are available for Click & Collect service. This is usually with our larger items such as garden furniture, electronics and appliances that require 2-man delivery. On our website, these products will feature the home delivery option.

How do I return my Click & Collect order?

There are 2 ways to return your Click & Collect items:

  • At your nearest ACE store
  • You can arrange for a pick-up of your item(s) by calling us at 800 ASK ACE (800 275 223)
